Course Dates

We plan to announce new public course dates in early February, so please return to this page soon.

If you would like to register your interest in attending a course before we announce the dates then please email us and we will let you know as soon as the dates have been published.

Course Fees 

The course fee per delegate is £925 plus VAT (£1,110 including VAT).

Fees can be paid by:

• Cheque
• BACS Transfer

• Credit Card

Payment must be received by the Course Registration Closing Date (shown above).

A VAT invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed Enrolment Form.

Cancellations may be made in writing prior to the closing date but are subject to a 25% cancellation fee; cancellations after the closing date but more than 2 weeks before the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start date are non-refundable but substitutions are acceptable at any time.

The fee will be refunded in full if a course is cancelled for whatever reason. Please note that the course fee does not include accommodation; delegates or their employers must make their own arrangements if accommodation is required.

Course Administration 

Timetable:

• Course opens at 9am every day
• Course closes at 5pm on days 1 and 2

• Course ends at 4pm on day 3.

Each course is limited to sixteen delegates.

Places are allocated on a 'first-come, first-served' basis with preference given to organisations who have already paid.

The course fee includes lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments. (Participants who have special dietary requirements are asked to indicate these on the registration form.)

A comprehensive set of course notes will be provided for each delegate.
